In our 80-seat restaurant, pizza is at home. We prepare it according to the Italian tradition, leaving the dough to rise for 24 hours and working it with our hands.
For an excellent result, we select the best gluten-free flours in order to make the pasta more digestible and lighter. All toppings and cheeses are lactose-free.
Part of the ingredients for the toppings comes from our vegetable garden, while the extra virgin olive oil comes from our centuries-old olive trees.
And to satisfy your thirst, you are spoiled for choice: our Sardinian beers are ready to be uncorked in the company of your friends.
